Services include general contracting, construction management, permitting, planning, and development. Build-to-Suits and Design Builds are a specialty of the company, always keeping the needs of the customer/client first and foremost.

Starling Realty, Inc.

Starling Realty, Inc. completes the spectrum of services for The Starling Group. Established in 1984, the realty company offers full service commercial real estate brokerage and management services for The Starling Group and other national and local real estate investors. Starling Realty offers brokerage and property management services for office, medical, retail, showroom/warehouse, industrial and residential real estate.

Osprey Management Co., LLC

To accommodate the growth of its real estate management services, in 1999 The Starling Group, together with Osprey S.A., Ltd. (a real estate investment group out of Troy, Michigan), formed Osprey Management Company, LLC.  The company currently manages close to 1.5 million square feet of office/industrial space.  The company's long-term plan is to offer its property management leasing services to third-party companies.
